Kim launches Training Accreditation Program for Kim Enterprise and Kim Document
Atlanta, November 29, 2022: Kim, the no-code, SaaS, patent-protected, document generation, assembly, and workflow automation platform, today announced it has launched a User Accreditation Program for both its Kim Enterprise and Kim Document solutions. The Kim Enterprise program focuses on upskilling super users, while the Kim Document program will certify any user who automates documents at a Foundation, Professional and Advanced level.
Kim Document Accreditation Program
The new training program provides three levels of certification: Foundation, Professional and Advanced.
- Foundation Level is aimed at new users and is built around four 90-minute online training sessions. These sessions are designed to help users get up to speed quickly and better understand the core functionality. It will also help users identify high return on investment (ROI) use cases within their organization.
- Professional Level builds on the Foundation level. Professional helps users develop automation that utilizes grids, tables, expressions and tabs. It also sees the user setup, manage and report on an internal or external campaign.
- Advanced Level is focused primarily but not exclusively on the technical IT community. This level sees users utilize Kim’s powerful REST APIs to deliver out-of-the-box integration with MS Office 365 and MS Teams, plus custom integrations.
Kim Enterprise Accreditation Program
Kim Enterprise has many super users around the world. This program is designed to accredit existing super users retrospectively and will be available for new users as Kim expands. It follows the same structure as Kim Document with a Foundation, Professional and Advanced level certificate model. Kim will contact existing super users in January 2023 to facilitate their certification. More super users will be added to this accreditation model as and when new organizations deploy Kim Enterprise.
Karl Chapman, CEO of Kim said, “Our Enterprise super user certification program is long overdue. We have had growing demand from existing super users for accreditation, so I am delighted that we can now offer this program. Even though Kim Document launched recently, the demand for certification has been strong. While Kim Document is very easy to use and organizations can get started quickly today, the objective of the Foundation level is to disseminate best practices. In addition, the Professional and Advanced levels help organizations utilize the more complex functionality in Kim to drive even higher ROI."
