Campaign Powerhouse
One of the most compelling functionalities of Kim Document is the 'Campaign' feature. Example use cases include completing information security checklists, will questionnaires, compliance campaigns, RFP responses, client surveys and request management.
The key to the campaign functionality is to have one-to-many distribution internally and externally and to capture the information either back in the document or gather the data, then analyze or reuse it.
Quick steps to building a campaign:
The experience is then as follows:
None of the recipients will see Kim. They'll only see the email you created when it arrives in their inbox containing a link and access code. When they click the link and enter the access code, they get access to the form through their browser. Then, they complete the requested information, hit submit, and having done that, they will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the completed form. They will also receive a copy of the information supplied for their records.
As you can tell, the process is swift and easy, but the information you see is compelling. Firstly, you can always track where you are regarding any campaign. You can identify the people who have yet to respond and send a reminder email (if it hasn't already been automated). Essentially, you can keep tracking and driving the campaign through to completion.
You can bulk download the data into a .xls file at any point during the campaign and review, analyze, and act on the results. From an audit and compliance point of view, you can see how powerful this information can be.
Another benefit of the Kim Document 'Campaign' feature is that Kim has a powerful search capability that allows you to interrogate the data further.
In a nutshell, the 'Campaign' functionality allows you to do one-to-many distribution, upload a form once, and use it multiple times.
