Transforming Content into Dynamic Solutions

The Kim tech team uses a wide variety of tools to help them deliver advanced solutions to our customers. Our recent blog post "Gen AI, The CTO and The Board - Managing Expectations!" was well received, so we thought we’d also share how we use Generative AI in another area of our business.

Recently, our marketing team embarked on an experiment by utilizing a cutting-edge video creation tool. The tool generated a video by inputting the link to our recent AI blog post. This wasn't just any video; it was a comprehensive package featuring stock footage, a meticulously crafted script, and a professional voice-over. It transformed a static document into a dynamic, engaging video format. You can view the resulting video below.

We were struck by the parallels with our own Kim Document. Much like how this video tool took our content and generated a video from it, Kim Document takes customers' content - letters, forms, records, checklists, and contracts - and generates applications from them. Not only does the original document remain unchanged (your branding, fonts, and content stay intact), the application can now capture data, generate one or multiple documents from the data and/or use the data to populate other systems.

Then, this got us thinking about other uses for the Kim Applications.

Many organizations are using their existing content to create bespoke large language models (LLMs). For instance, consider the implications of uploading 150 signed distribution agreements into an LLM. These are signed agreed documents; they are accurate, but they have been negotiated, so there is variability in terms and conditions. If five users, with the exact prompt, ask for a draft distribution agreement, they will get five different templates. This is unacceptable to the organization. It needs a deterministic outcome. It needs users to get the latest distribution template not a synthesised version of the 150 uploaded!

This is where Kim comes in. Upload your latest distribution agreement template to Kim. When users click the link, they always get the latest version of your approved template. Kim delivers certainty meaning organizations know that users always have the right document.

Our video experience intrigued us. What previously took weeks to do was done in a day (much like Kim saves significant business and IT development time).

Stay tuned as we continue to explore and innovate, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Generative AI.
